Gymnastics and Aerobics Training in Gottigere
From foundational motor skills to CBSE National competitions, we coach children to build strength, discipline, and rhythm. Come join us at Aerial Zone.
I am so proud to stand with my students, celebrating their victory at the CBSE Nationals. This is what hard work, dedication, and teamwork looks like.
This is where training meets the test. Here is one of my students performing her aerobic routine at the 2023 CBSE National Aerobics Competition, showcasing her stamina and athleticism.
It all starts with energy and a smile. My classes for younger children focus on fun activities like running drills and guided exercises like handstands to build a strong foundation.
Coaching is more than just movement; it's about strategy. I often use visual aids on the mat to explain formations and techniques, ensuring every child understands their role.
A typical class starts with everyone in sync. I lead the children through warm-ups and stretches, making sure they learn the importance of preparing their bodies for exercise.
Strength and precision are key. Here, my students use the barre and ankle weights for leg strengthening exercises, a drill that builds muscle control and endurance for gymnastics.
The pure joy of achievement. My students proudly show off their gold medals after a successful competition, a testament to their perseverance and skill.
About Featured
We do not just teach gymnastics; we coach discipline. In every class, we use a mix of English and Kannada instructions—like 'Nidhāna māḍi'—to ensure students are focused on the technique, not just the motion. Whether your child is learning to count beats for aerobics or working on a handstand, we provide immediate, hands-on correction to ensure they build strength safely and move with precision.
At Aerial Zone in Gottigere, our facility is built for real progress. We use professional-grade padded mats and sprung floors to support safe training, whether you are in our recreational batches or the competitive performance squad.
Our Coaching Approach
We believe gymnastics is a foundation for all physical activity. For beginners, we start with simple rhythmic exercises, marching drills, and coordination games that get kids off screens and moving. We keep our group classes small, with 12 to 15 students per coach, which allows us to provide individual feedback during every drill.
Moving to Competitive Training
For students who want to compete, training shifts from fun to rigorous. We run 90 to 120-minute sessions that focus on high-repetition drills, Wenson balances, and advanced choreography. We simulate the pressure of events like the CBSE Nationals by holding in-house mock meets, teaching students to manage their nerves and perform with confidence.
What We Focus On
- Rhythm and Motor Skills: Learning to move on the 8-count beat.
- Strength Training: Using barre work, ankle weights, and floor exercises to build muscle control.
- Stagecraft: Coaching posture and facial expressions for performance.
We are proud of our winners, but we are just as proud of the children who learn to try, fail, and try again. If you want your child to build focus and athletic ability in a disciplined, encouraging environment, visit us to watch a session.
