The Setup Details
- Boho-Chic Foundation: We use authentic low-height wooden pallet tables paired with jute rugs to create that earthy, grounded aesthetic. It’s perfect for garden parties or indoor living room surprises.
- Lighting: Lighting is everything for intimacy. We don’t rely on overhead lights. We layer warm-white fairy lights, battery-operated tea lights, and glass-cased candles to create a glow that’s flattering and moody.

Why Logistics Matter
Because these setups often happen in homes, hotels, or rooftops, we are meticulous about the logistics. We require about 4 hours for a full cabana or extensive picnic setup. This includes the setup of the backdrop, the arrangement of the balloon garland, and the styling of the floral tablescape. We handle the takedown too, so you don't have to worry about cleaning up after your celebration.
