Intimate Cabana and Terrace Decoration
Turn your terrace or backyard into a private escape!
This is a complete view of my intimate cabana dinner setup. It features a low wooden table, colorful cushions for comfortable floor seating, and a beautifully set table, all under a canopy of glowing lights.

About Intimate Cabana & Terrace Setups
These setups work on most flat surfaces, whether it is a cemented terrace, a grassy garden, or a large living room. I bring the bamboo frames, sheer drapes, and floor cushions to create a defined space, and the whole setup takes about two hours to assemble. You only need to provide a power point for the fairy lights, and I handle the rest of the layout.
Creating a private celebration space requires more than just buying decorations. It is about defining a zone that feels separate from the rest of your home or venue.
Selecting Your Venue
A terrace or garden works best for these setups, but I often transform living rooms for indoor celebrations. If you are planning an outdoor terrace party, keep a backup plan ready for sudden rain or heavy winds. Since I use battery-operated fairy lights, we are flexible, but having a nearby power point for the main lighting helps maintain that warm, glowing atmosphere through the night.
The Setup Process
My cabana kits use bamboo or metal frames which stand at 6x6ft. This height is perfect for an intimate dinner or a small gathering. I bring white or yellow georgette drapes to soften the edges of the structure, followed by the floor mattresses and plush cushions. The styling is completely modular. If you want a boho theme, we focus on earthy tones and minimal accessories. For a romantic anniversary, we add neon signs and rose petals.
Personalization
You can always add your own touches. Many couples ask me to drape personal photos from the cabana poles or incorporate specific color themes for birthdays. Since I handle the transport and setup, all you need to do is share your location in Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, or Ghaziabad, and I will be there to get the space ready.
