We will start with where you are, using basic breathwork or a simple nutrition audit to clear the mental clutter, rather than forcing a rigid routine that breaks the moment life gets busy.
We often mistake wellness for expensive retreats or complicated diet plans. For me, the practice begins with how you wake up and how you spend those first few minutes without a screen. Whether you are living in a fast-paced city or working a demanding job, the principles of Ashtanga and mindful living remain the same.
I focus on actionable shifts. If you are struggling with screen time, we implement 10-minute nature breaks. If your energy dips in the afternoon, we look at plant-based food swaps, like moving from sugar to jaggery or adding turmeric shots, that actually boost your immunity rather than just filling you up.
