About Holistic Wellness and Lifestyle Guidance
Living yoga isn’t just about poses for me - it’s about how I show up in everyday life. My way of guiding is gentle, not about rules, but about small tweaks to help you tune in to your inner voice, or as I call it, your antaratma. I juggle being a yogi, biker, and traveler, so I get that life isn’t always peaceful or perfect.
Finding Your Calm
Peace of mind is a must these days. I focus on realistic stress management for modern living - not big promises, just simple things like digital detox (sometimes just leaving the phone in another room and listening to the birds, yaar), mindful moments with your coffee, or journaling when life feels too much. Silence, even for five minutes, can be magic.
Nourish, Don’t Just Eat
I follow a plant-based lifestyle and share what actually works for busy, real people. Think herbed zucchini salad or millet pulao, not fancy stuff. Little swaps - like jaggery in chai instead of sugar, or a turmeric shot for your gut - add up. Food should heal, not just fill you up.
Nature as Medicine
Whenever I feel frazzled, I step out for some sun or just stand barefoot on the grass - simple nature-inspired wellness habits. Even if you live in a city, there’s always a way to connect with the earth.
Life That Flows
It’s not all slow and soft - sometimes we need movement. We’ll find what feels good, whether it’s a walk, yoga, or just taking a pause. There’s no “right speed.” Some days are better than others, and that’s theek hai (totally okay). We go at your pace, with patience and shraddha (faith).

My Story
School walls never held me. The world taught me – every ride on my old Royal Enfield, every silent minute on the mat. Mysore’s Ashtanga tradition is my home, Sharath ji my guru. Yoga isn’t just what happens in class, it’s in food, laughter, dipping toes in lakes. I find freedom on the road, stillness in practice, and gratitude everywhere. That’s me – mixing wild adventure and quiet joy, always learning, always sharing.
