Award-Winning Architecture and Interior Design
Our commitment to design excellence, from AD100 recognized residences to academic discourse, reflects our belief in substance-driven architecture.
We are honored to be included in the prestigious Architectural Digest AD100 list for 2025. This recognition from AD India is a significant milestone for our studio and motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of contemporary Indian architecture.
Our project, Villa Shakthi, was featured in an extensive article by Elle Decor India. The feature explores how the design makes "materials, culture and modernity its protagonist," highlighting its connection to the tropical landscape of Kerala.

This shot from the Elle Decor feature captures the grand, open-plan living and dining area of Villa Shakthi. The dramatic staircase and double-height volume are central to the home's design, creating a sense of spaciousness and connection.

About Awards & Recognition
Recognition like our inclusion in the AD100 2025 list or features in Elle Decor validates our rigorous design methodology, yet for us, the true metric is the long-term latency of a space—how it evolves, breathes, and serves its inhabitants over time. Whether we are designing a private residence in Kerala or an office in Bangalore, we do not design for awards. We design to solve complex spatial problems through material honesty and open collaboration.
Our Approach to Recognition
For us, awards and editorial features are secondary outcomes of a process that prioritizes deep inquiry. When we engaged with the design of Villa Shakthi, our goal was not a feature; it was to explore the latency of tropical residential architecture—how to make materials, culture, and modernity the protagonists of a home. Seeing that project featured in Elle Decor India was a gratifying affirmation of our conviction that architecture is never static.
Academic Discourse and Collaboration
Our presence at platforms like the Festival of Architecture and Interior Designing (FOAID) is as central to our identity as our built work. We view the architectural profession as a constant cycle of learning and contribution. Sharing our process during the 'Design Manthan' series allows us to engage with peers and test our theories on urbanism and material application against broader industry challenges.
Substance Over Superficiality
Every project we undertake, whether it is a turnkey luxury home or an interior design consultancy, starts with a spatial narrative. We avoid trends. Instead, we focus on architectural modifications that create meaningful volume—double-height living areas, perforated steel partitions, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions. Our work is defined by logical planning and the intentional use of textures like exposed concrete, natural stone, and wood. If you are looking for a design partner who values research, technical precision, and a collaborative studio environment, we invite you to start a conversation about your requirements.
