Because these events often involve extended display times, I use internal dowelling systems that I engineer myself. This keeps tall, multi-tier cakes stable, whether they are displayed at home or at a venue.
Managing the Details
Beyond the visuals, I handle the logistics. From the transport boxes designed to prevent sliding to the final onsite assembly for larger structures, I take care of the details so you do not have to worry about the cake arriving in pieces. If you need a specific topper, a quote, or a monogram added, we plan that during the initial design phase to ensure it fits perfectly with the overall theme.
