About this collection
I don't use real flowers or generic plastic toppers because safety is my priority. Every character you see, from Lego blocks to Paw Patrol pups, is handcrafted from fondant or food-safe materials. When we discuss your theme, I’ll talk you through how we can translate your child's favorite hobby into something not just fun to look at, but safe and delicious to eat.
When I create a birthday cake, I’m not just thinking about the design. I’m thinking about the child who is going to see it. Whether it's a ‘twin-saurus’ dinosaur cake for a pair of three-year-olds or a detailed Lego minifigure for a ten-year-old, the process is about capturing a specific joy.
My Approach to Custom Theme Cakes
Each project starts with your idea. You send me a photo, a theme, or even just a vibe, and I figure out how to make it edible. Because I don't use pre-mixes, the base of the cake—whether it's my signature Red Velvet with cream cheese or a classic Vanilla—is baked fresh right here in my Bangalore kitchen.
Safety and Design
Parents often ask me about decorations. I made a firm decision years ago to avoid real flowers or non-edible plastic toppers. Instead, I model everything myself. If you want a racing track, I sculpt the cars. If you want a Jungle theme, I hand-paint the leaves. This means every inch of the top of your cake is designed to be part of the celebration, not something you have to worry about removing before serving.
Planning Your Order
- Flavor Matters: Don't let the design distract you from the taste. I can guide you on which flavor profiles work best for kids' parties (like salted caramel or chocolate truffle) versus what holds up well in tiered structures.
- Last Minute? I know how chaotic birthday planning can be. If you have a last-minute request, message me. I can’t always squeeze it in, but I will try my best to make it happen if I can.
- Delivery: I handle the setup myself, especially for grander, tiered designs, so you don't have to stress about the cake arriving safely.
Paulin Immanuel
I’m Paulin. Baking these theme cakes isn’t just about the sugar; it’s about watching your child’s face light up when they see their favorite cartoon character staring back at them. Every order is personal to me, and I put the same care into your child's cake as I would for my own family.
