Wedding and Anniversary Cakes in Bangalore
Whether you are celebrating a milestone anniversary or walking down the aisle, I bake cakes that capture your unique story, from gravity-defying chandelier designs to elegant floral tiers.
This was one of my most challenging and rewarding creations. A gravity-defying chandelier cake that served as the stunning centerpiece for a wedding. Each tier is carefully balanced to create a floating effect, adorned with delicate flowers.
A closer look at my first-ever chandelier cake. This four-tier beauty was a labor of love, combining intricate structure with delicate floral design to create a truly breathtaking experience for the couple and their guests.
A Frozen-themed chandelier cake for a magical first birthday. This design combines the elegance of a hanging cake with the fun of a beloved Disney movie, complete with shimmering details and characters.
Here I am with the finished Frozen chandelier cake, right before the party started. Seeing the whole setup come together with the decor is one of the best parts of my job.
A "Medicine meets Melody" themed wedding cake for a doctor and a musician. The design features a heartbeat EKG line and musical notes, blending their two passions into one sweet story.
A behind-the-scenes look at how the "Medicine meets Melody" cake was created. I started with the couple's story and translated it into edible art, layer by layer, without any sketches.
This five-kilogram vanilla blueberry cake traveled through Bangalore's rain and traffic to an engagement party. It was a last-minute order, but I believe where there's a will, there's a way to deliver happiness.
About this collection
I believe your cake should handle the chaos of an event, not add to it. Whether it is navigating Bangalore traffic to deliver a delicate multi-tier structure or working through the night to fulfill a last-minute request, I focus on the engineering behind the beauty. You get a cake that stands tall, travels well, and actually tastes as good as it looks.
When you order a wedding or anniversary cake from me, you are not picking a template from a catalogue. Every project starts with your story. I do not use standard sketches or pre-made designs because your celebration is distinct. Whether it is a 'Medicine meets Melody' concept for a doctor and musician or a minimalist anniversary piece, I translate your life events into edible art.
The Engineering Behind the Beauty
Creating grand tiers, especially chandelier cakes, requires more than just baking skills. It demands structural engineering. I use food-grade dowels and center poles to ensure your cake remains stable from the bakery to your venue. If you choose a chandelier or double-barrel design, I handle the assembly and final touch-ups on-site so you never have to worry about the logistics.
Quality Without Compromise
I am transparent about my ingredients. You will find no pre-mixes or preservatives here. My cakes are built on dense mud or butter bases, which provide the stability needed for stacked structures, then sealed with chocolate ganache to create those sharp, clean edges. For decoration, I use food-safe silk flowers instead of real ones. They offer the same aesthetic elegance but eliminate the risk of pesticides or dirt coming into contact with your dessert.
Serving Bangalore
I deliver across Bangalore, from the central business district to the outskirts. My kitchen is in Narayanapura, and I have experience transporting everything from single-tier engagement cakes to five-kilogram masterpieces through rain, traffic, and the unpredictability of the city. If you have an urgent requirement, reach out. If my schedule allows, I will make it happen.
