My band, Murshid, isn't just about playing music; it’s about creating a 'mehfil' where the old meets the new. We bridge the gap between traditional Sufi melodies and modern club energy by blending the organic sound of dholak and tabla with electric guitars and keyboards. Whether you want a seated ghazal evening or a high-octane dance set, my team and I adapt our instrumentation and energy to match the mood of your specific event.

My approach to live music is interactive—I believe a show should be a conversation. I integrate shayeri and audience interaction throughout, ensuring the energy shifts naturally.

- Standard Fusion Band: Designed for clubs and private parties, this 6-piece setup brings the full rhythm section—Western drums mixed with Indian dholak—to keep the dance floor moving with Sufi rock and Punjabi hits.
- Grand Concert Ensemble: For large-scale events or launches, I bring up to 14 musicians, including chorus singers, for a theatrical Qawwali or concert-style show that demands attention.
