About The Fight Within: Sparring Sessions
Before you step into the ring for sparring, ensure you have your own 10-16oz gloves, hand wraps, and a mouthguard. We don't do 'play sparring'—this is full-contact training where we test your defense, footwork, and decision-making under pressure, so come prepared to put in the real work.
Boxing is a chess match, not just a brawl. My sparring sessions, specifically on 'Friday Sparring Day', are designed to strip away the theory and show you what you are actually capable of. This is where your technique, built through hours of pad work and shadow boxing, meets the resistance of a real opponent.
Why We Spar
- Test Your Instincts: In the ring, you don't have time to overthink. Sparring forces you to react. We focus on '1,2-slip-2' combinations and counter-punching under the stress of a real exchange.
- Build Fight Endurance: You can run miles on a track, but ring fatigue is different. We push you to maintain your composure and keep your hands up even when you are exhausted.
- Adaptive Training: We run sessions in both Burari and Defence Colony. Whether you are prepping for an amateur district tournament or working toward a pro fight card, the intensity remains the same.
What to Expect
This is not a clean, air-conditioned studio. It is a rugged, industrial shed setup. Expect to sweat, get hit, and learn. I demand discipline. If you are looking for an easy workout, this is not it. If you are ready to earn your respect and build the 'jigar' to fight your own battles, show up and prove it.
