We don't believe in quick fixes. On our red clay courts in Yelahanka, training focuses on point construction and biomechanical efficiency. Whether it's ladder drills or Olympic lifting, every session is designed to build the endurance you need to survive, and win, the third set.
Tennis is a game of attrition, especially in the heat of a tournament. That is why our training regimen at ATB Tennis Academy is built around the 'Fit to Hit' philosophy. We train on outdoor red clay courts, which naturally demand more patience and higher physical stamina compared to hard courts.
