My homemade multigrain theplas are a bestseller and a healthy choice for any meal. These Gujarati flatbreads are made fresh to order and are perfect for breakfast, lunch boxes, or even for travelling.
Here you can see two of my most popular steamed snacks. On the left is the savory Khaman, and on the right is the tangy Khatta Dhokla. Both are light, healthy, and a perfect example of authentic Gujarati farsan.
This is my homemade Roasted Poha Chevda, a crunchy and savory snack perfect with tea. I pack it fresh so you can stock your pantry. You can see the different portion sizes I offer, from a small bowl to larger packs.
This is Handvo, a traditional savory cake made from rice, lentils, and vegetables like bottle gourd. It's baked until golden and is a wholesome, nutritious snack, delivered in convenient foil containers.
Here is an example of a complete meal order. It includes our special Undhiyu, soft theplas, steamed dhokla, and crispy muthiya. This is a great option when you want a full, satisfying Gujarati meal for your family.

I do not keep any pre-made stock in my kitchen. When you place an order, I start cooking from scratch to ensure you receive the freshest quality. Whether it is a daily tiffin or a batch of farsan, your food is prepared exactly how you like it, with no preservatives or artificial colors, so it tastes just like home.

Fresh Farsan & Snacks We specialize in steamed and fried Gujarati snacks. Our Khaman and Khatta Dhokla are light and fermented for better digestion, making them great for a healthy snack. For those who want something crunchy, our roasted Poha Chevda and Farsi Puri are prepared in fresh, single-use oil.
Thepla & Breads Our Theplas are a bestseller for a reason. We make them in varieties like Methi, Masala, and Multigrain. They are thin, soft, and oil-roasted, making them perfect for travel or as a quick meal at home with a cup of chai.
Wholesome Meals If you are looking for a complete meal, our 7-item Gujarati Thali is the most popular choice. It includes two sabzis, dal, rice, breads, and a dessert. We also cater to specific dietary requirements like Jain-friendly options and farali dishes for fasting days.
How Ordering Works
Because we prioritize freshness, we do not have a ready-to-serve counter. We operate strictly on a made-to-order basis. This means we need you to book your meals and snacks at least one day in advance. This approach helps us minimize food waste and ensures you get your order hot, fresh, and exactly to your taste. We deliver across Bangalore and also offer pickup from our kitchen in HSR Layout.
