About this collection

Everything you see here is cooked in our Frazer Town kitchen, where we still follow the same family recipes my mother Anisa started with in 1984. We focus on getting the basics right—like our slow-cooked Dum Biryani and freshly fried Warkhi samosas—rather than relying on pre-made frozen batches. Whether we are setting up a live chaat station at a wedding or dropping off buffet trays for a home party, the food arriving at your table tastes exactly like it does at ours.

We treat every order as a chance to share our family’s history. Our catering style is defined by two main pillars: consistency in flavour and respect for tradition.

From Kitchen to Venue We handle a wide spectrum of events. For home celebrations, our drop-off packages are designed for ease, delivering ready-to-eat meals in bulk vessels that keep your food piping hot. For larger gatherings, such as Mehandis and weddings, we bring in our professional team to handle the entire service, including chafing dishes, buffet setups, and live cooking counters for items like fresh Tandoori Seer Fish or Pani Puri.

Authenticity in Every Bite Our menu is heavily rooted in Kutchi Memon cuisine. This means you will find dishes here that are harder to source elsewhere, such as our signature Mutton Khichda or traditional Matka Firni. We avoid shortcuts in the kitchen; our biryani is dum-cooked with a specific meat-to-rice ratio, and our starters are fried on-site to maintain their crunch.

  • Logistics: We operate from our base in Frazer Town. Please note that we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all pre-orders, as we prepare our ingredients fresh each day.
