We stretch beyond limits together. This is an advanced partner stretch using wall ropes to achieve a full split (Samakonasana) for one student while the other develops strength and stability. This is how we grow beyond boundaries.

Please do not torture yourself to get into a split. This video shows the wrong, forceful way and then demonstrates safe and effective drills, like side lunges and frog pose, to help you achieve the middle split without injury.
Pain gaya, spine khula, mind relax! I am demonstrating an assisted spinal stretch that provides instant relief for back pain and tight shoulders. This technique helps decompress the spine and calm the nervous system.
