I don't just hand out certificates. My teacher training batches are strictly limited to 10-12 students because I need to be right there—correcting your hands, your breathing, and your alignment. What We Cover
- Anatomy & Physiology: We don't just memorize muscle names. We study how the body moves, how to prevent injuries, and how to protect the spine. You will understand why a student's body behaves the way it does.
- Prop Mastery: You will learn to use wall ropes, chairs, belts, and bolsters. Whether it is Kurunta Yoga or supporting a senior citizen, you will know how to modify every single asana for different body types.
- The Art of Teaching: Knowing how to do a pose is different from teaching it. We focus heavily on voice modulation, class sequencing, and how to give clear instructions that your students can actually follow.
- Beyond the Mat: We cover Hatha Yoga, aerial techniques, and even how to handle business aspects like personal branding.
