Outdoorsy Texan summer weekends inspired this Hickory-Smoked Pulled Pork Burger. Tender pork is slowly smoked, rubbed with a tangy barbecue sauce, and served in a toasted Japanese bun. It's the closest Bangalore can get to Kansas.
