When we talk about our Lionking Burger, we aren't kidding about the 'double' part. Each patty is hand-ground, seasoned with our own secret spice mix, and grilled right when you order, so it actually hits the table hot and juicy rather than sitting under a heat lamp. Pair it with one of our rustic, hand-stretched pizzas, where we skip the frozen base for dough we prep in-house every morning.
We started The Fat Chef because we wanted to create an alternative to the rush of city life. Located on a farm in Whitefield, our kitchen is where we treat pizza and burgers as serious comfort food, not just fast food. We focus on the basics: fresh dough, high-quality meats, and house-made sauces that actually taste like what they’re supposed to.
Why our food hits different
