This phase stops construction surprises before they happen, allowing us to tweak storage depths or furniture placement until it feels right.
We use high-fidelity 3D modeling to ensure that the vision we share is exactly what you get on-site. This includes details ranging from the ceiling height to the specific fabric texture on your upholstery.
The Technical Bridge
These renders translate directly into our Good for Construction (GFC) drawings. Whether it is a kitchen island or a concealed media unit, we define the dimensions and technical specifications at this stage. It ensures our carpenters and painters have an exact reference, removing guesswork from the build.
Material Selection
During this phase, you see how Italian marble interacts with warm wood tones or how different lighting types change the room ambiance. We test color palettes and textures in the render so you know how the finished space will look in different daylight conditions.
The Review Process
We invite you to sit with us at our Kalyan Nagar studio to walk through these designs together. This is where we finalize the flow of the room and lock in the material palette. By the time we start on-site, the team has clear instructions, and you have complete clarity on what is coming.
