Core Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: Custom-built using BWP Marine Ply with high-gloss Acrylic or Matte PU paint finishes. Includes soft-close Blum/Hettich hardware, bottle pull-outs, and tall pantry units.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling (9ft) units with BWR Ply carcass. Shutters finished in PU Coat, Veneer with polish, or Fluted Glass with aluminium profiles.
- Entertainment Units: Floating consoles with stone or marble top finishes and veneer bodies.
Civil, Electrical & False Ceiling
- False Ceiling: Complete Gypsum false ceiling with peripheral coves and maintenance trap doors.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of architectural lighting including COB lights, magnetic tracks, and LED profile strips.
- Wall Treatments: Installation of basic wall paneling (MDF/Charcoal louvers), texture paint for feature walls, and wallpaper.
Design & Management
- Design Services: 2D Layouts, detailed 3D visualizations, electrical looping drawings, and material selection assistance.
- Project Management: On-site supervision to ensure execution matches detailed design specifications.
Full Home Renovation & Refurbishment
Demolition & Civil Works
- Site Prep: Dismantling existing joinery, chipping off old floor tiles, and breaking down non-structural walls for open-plan layouts.
- Flooring: Supply and laying of new premium flooring. Typically large slab Vitrified Tiles or Italian Marble in common areas, and wooden flooring in bedrooms.
- Bathroom Overhaul: Complete waterproofing, replacement of plumbing piping (CPVC/PVC), and installation of new sanitary ware and wall tiles.
New Interior Fit-out
- Electrical Revamp: Complete rewiring where necessary, shifting switchboards, and adding automation-ready points.
- Woodwork: Brand new modular kitchen, wardrobes, and vanity units as per premium specifications.
- Painting: Putty finishing on renewed walls and application of premium emulsion.
Specialty Inclusions
- Debris Management: Clearing and disposal of all demolition waste from the site.
- Restoration: Polishing or restoring existing valuable elements like teak wood doors or window frames if retained.

Site Supervision
- Periodic Visits: Scheduled site visits at key milestones (foundation, plinth, lintel, roof casting) to ensure construction follows the design intent.
