Turnkey Modern Luxury Interiors
Core Civil & Flooring
- Flooring: Premium Italian Marble (Botticino, Dyna, or Grey William) for living, dining, and foyer areas. Large format vitrified tiles (4x2 or 6x4) for bedrooms and kitchen.
- False Ceiling: Designer gypsum false ceiling with cove provisions, including wooden rafters or CNC cut MDF detailing.
- Wall Treatments: Royal luxury emulsion paint base with accent walls featuring stone cladding, fluted panels, or veneer paneling.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Material: BWP Grade Plywood (Greenply/Century) for carcass.
- Finish: Natural Veneer with ICA/Asian Paints PU Polish (Matte or High Gloss) for visible surfaces. Internal laminate lining.
