End-to-End F&B Design & Technical Execution
Concept & Strategy
- Zoning & Layout: Optimization of floor plans to maximize table covers and revenue while maintaining bar ergonomics and service flow.
- 3D Visualization: High definition photorealistic renders (4 to 6 views) demonstrating lighting effects, day vs night ambiance, and focal points.
Technical Documentation (GFCs)
- Services Integration: Detailed drawings for electrical circuits, plumbing for bar machinery, and exposed HVAC ducting coordination.
- Custom Fabrication: Technical drawings for metal ceiling grids, suspended bottle racks, and bespoke bar counters.
- Material Specification: Patterns and details for specialty walls, masonry features, and complex flooring layouts.
Execution Support
- Vendor Coordination: Assistance with selection of finish materials, light fixtures, and furniture from vendors.
- Site Supervision: Periodic site visits (2 to 4 per month) during framing and finishing stages to ensure design fidelity.

- Exclusions: This package is for visual direction only and excludes electrical/plumbing drawings, detailed fabrication files, and site supervision.

We’re ROxAR - two designers, always chasing that perfect vibe in every restaurant or bar we take on. For us, it’s not just about walls and tables. Every place has its own mood, and we want guests to feel that story as soon as they walk in.
Our Style & Process
- We mix up styles: industrial chic restaurant interiors with lots of raw energy, but always balanced with warmth and little surprises.
- Love custom solutions, right from a bespoke bar counter design to handmade screens and artwork. Every detail matters.
- Lighting isn’t just an afterthought. We spend time getting the mood right for both day and night, so the space can flip from brunch-y to proper sundowner.
- We’re big believers in story-driven hospitality spaces. Your space should say something about you, not just look pretty.
What We’ve Done
- Took a massive bare shell and turned it into a buzzing restobar in Hebbal with a grand green bar, terracotta jaali wall, and layered lighting.
- Worked on everything from big venues to tiny terrace bars and poker lounges. Size doesn’t matter, intent does.

My Story
Hey, we’re Rohit and Ramya - ROxAR Design Studio is just us, two folks in Bangalore who believe homes should feel alive, not just look pretty. We’re obsessed with soulful living spaces, and yeah, we’ll probably ask about that old Kerala lamp or the painting from your last trip. That’s our thing - making your memories part of the design. Our first print feature? Felt amazing, mostly because our carpenters and painters truly make the magic happen.
