Our Training Philosophy

At RnR Fit, our coaches are mentors first. We maintain a strict 1:8 coach-to-student ratio because we know that real progress happens when a coach catches that split-second form error before it becomes a habit.

Our 5,000 sq ft facility is equipped for exactly this—industrial ventilation keeps things airy, while our matting and foam pits provide the safety net needed to push boundaries.
