Success on the track is measured in milliseconds. Our approach at the Vidyavihar campus combines traditional field work with modern sports science. Athletes rotate between synthetic track sessions and high-performance gym work to balance explosive speed with sustained endurance.
Technical & Physical Development
- Technical Mastery: Our coaching staff focuses on micro-details, from sprint start-blocks and hurdle clearance mechanics to pacing for long-distance events.
- Load Management: We use quarterly testing batteries, including Beep tests and vertical jumps, to adjust your training intensity. This prevents overtraining and ensures you are ready for high-stakes competition.
- Infrastructure: You get full access to our professional-grade synthetic athletics track, which meets international competition standards to minimize impact injuries and maximize energy return.
Your Training Path
Whether you are preparing for the Bombay YMCA meets, the Maharashtra State School Games, or aiming for Khelo India selection, the Integrated Athlete Development Program is our core offering. It includes 5-6 days of technical training, recovery support from our physio team, and full Strength & Conditioning integration. This is designed for athletes who treat the sport as a primary pursuit, requiring consistent discipline and adherence to a long-term development cycle.
