Nutritious laddoos made fresh in my home kitchen. Using millets, dates, and pure ghee, I create healthy, preservative-free treats customized to your exact dietary needs.

My Weight Loss Laddoos, also called Protein Laddoos or Energy Balls. Made without any ghee, they are packed with oats, peanuts, almonds, various seeds, and sweetened only with black dates for a low-calorie, high-energy snack.

A box of my sugar-free Dry Fruit Laddoos, where the dry fruits are coarsely ground. This texture is often preferred by clients for their children, making it easier for them to eat while getting all the nutrition.

My gluten-free Ragi Laddoos, a superfood treat. I combine ragi flour with pure ghee, almonds, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, dink (gond), and dates, making them incredibly healthy and delicious.

A box of my popular Oats Makhana Laddoos. These combine the goodness of oats with protein-rich makhana (fox nuts), almonds, cashews, and pistachios, all sweetened with jaggery for a modern, healthy twist on a classic.

My Sattu Laddoos are a powerhouse of nutrition. Made from roasted gram flour, which is high in fiber and protein, these laddoos are great for digestion, energy, and bone strength, making them a healthy choice for any time of the year.

A box of Bajra (Pearl Millet) Laddoos, made for a client request. This nutritious, gluten-free whole grain is a wonderful winter millet that aids digestion, helps manage blood sugar, and provides sustained energy.

A batch of Flax Seed Laddoos ready for dispatch. These are packed with health benefits, made with flax seeds, pure ghee, dink (gond), almonds, til (sesame seeds), and sweetened with jaggery.

My special Biotin Laddoos, designed to support healthy hair, skin, and nails. They are packed with a variety of nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds, all bound with dates.

A box of Sattu Makhana Laddoos, sweetened with jaggery. This is a superfood combination, blending protein-rich sattu with makhana, almonds, and a mix of pumpkin, sunflower, flax, and chia seeds.

Multi-Millet Laddoos made from a high-quality flour blend of Ragi, Bajra, Jowar, and Whole Wheat. I add powdered almonds and gond to make them extra nutritious, perfect for choosy eaters.

About Healthy Laddoo Collection

Every batch is prepared only after you place your order, so you never get anything that has been sitting on a shelf. Whether you need them sugar-free for a diabetic relative or coarsely ground for your children, just let me know. I use jaggery, dates, and superfoods like ragi and makhana to ensure you get health benefits without compromising on the traditional taste you crave.

Eating healthy shouldn't feel like a compromise. When I started making these, my goal was to bring back the nutritional density of traditional Indian sweets using modern, wholesome ingredients.

What makes them different?

I avoid refined sugar entirely. My healthy laddoos are sweetened naturally with black dates, organic jaggery, or honey. I also use pure ghee in moderation or rely on the natural oils from nuts and seeds, like in my weight-loss laddoos which are completely ghee-free.

Your options:

  • Millets & Grains: I work with Ragi (nachni), Bajra, and Sattu. These are high-fiber, gluten-free alternatives that provide sustained energy. They are excellent for digestion and bone health.
  • Nut-based & Seed-packed: My Dry Fruit laddoos are bound with dates—no flour, no sugar. I also prepare Biotin laddoos loaded with chia, flax, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds to support hair and skin health.
  • Modern Twists: The Oats-Makhana variety is a personal favorite. It combines the crunch of fox nuts (makhana) with the fiber of oats, making it a perfect snack.

Customization is the core

Because I run a home kitchen here in Mumbai, I do not follow a mass-production model. If you want the dry fruits coarsely ground so they are easier for children to eat, just ask. If you need a specific millet ratio or want to swap walnuts for extra almonds, that is exactly what I do. You are not buying a standard box; you are getting a box made for your specific health goals and palate.

I’m Raina. My kitchen is always busy with fresh batches of ragi and dry fruit laddoos. I love figuring out how to make traditional sweets healthier, so don't hesitate to ask for specific changes to the sweetness or texture.
