When you order, I don't pull a box off a shelf. I start by slow-roasting the besan or sesame seeds in pure ghee until my kitchen is filled with that distinct, golden aroma. Whether you want your Besan laddoos melt-in-the-mouth soft with sugar, or your Gond laddoos packed with almond crunch and sweetened with jaggery, every batch is crafted specifically for your preference.
How I Make Your Laddoos
Every laddoo I make is a labor of love. I believe in the old-school way of cooking, which means no premixes, no preservatives, and absolutely no shortcuts. I source quality raw ingredients, roast them slowly to bring out their natural flavor, and bind them with pure ghee.
