About The War Room: Our Training Facility
Forget gyms with shiny mirrors; here, the ventilation is natural and the floor is made for grinding. We use professional-grade Invincible heavy bags for power, but the real work happens in the cage-wall area where we train fence-wrestling and clinch tactics. You’ll be training on industry-standard puzzle mats that see a lot of action, not just from the pros, but from our entire community pushing each other to get better every single day.
Built for the Grind
Our academy in HBR Layout isn't built for aesthetics; it's built for performance. We designed this space to facilitate an ecological approach to martial arts. You won't find static rows of mirrors here. Instead, you get a wide-open mat layout designed for movement, situational sparring, and the kind of high-paced Dutch kickboxing drills that separate hobbyists from serious fighters.

- The Cage: Dedicated space to work on fence-wrestling and cage-work, essential for modern MMA.
- Striking Hardware: High-quality Invincible heavy bags are set up for constant use, ensuring you can hammer out your power and stamina without equipment shortages.
- Mat Space: Extensive puzzle-mat area designed for safe grappling, take-downs, and high-intensity mobility work.
What to Expect
When you walk in, expect a humid, high-energy environment—that's how a real gym feels. We rely on industrial roofing and natural ventilation to keep the air moving during those tough 7 PM sessions. We have RO water points, simple changing areas, and open storage cubbies for your gear. Whether you are coming in for a private session to break down your striking biomechanics or joining a group class for the team energy, the space is geared toward one thing: solving problems under pressure. This is where the medals on our walls were earned, and where your training starts.
