Strength and agility training can be all fun and games. Here, our campers engage in playful animal walks and duck walks, building powerful leg muscles and coordination without even realizing they are working out.
Partner acrobatics are a cornerstone of our camp, teaching children about balance, communication, and mutual support. This double plank pose showcases incredible focus and core strength from our young gymnasts.
We use tools like stability balls to make fitness engaging and effective. These exercises are fantastic for developing core stability and balance, which are essential for mastering gymnastic movements.

About this collection
We keep our batches small, with a maximum of 15 children per session, ensuring your child receives individual attention rather than getting lost in the crowd. This isn't a high-pressure gymnastics program; instead, we prioritize building core strength and coordination through play, meaning your child learns at their own pace—whether they are mastering a simple cartwheel or learning to balance in a partner pose.

Our gymnastics camp goes beyond basic tumbling; it is a carefully designed program to prepare children for any sport, including swimming. We focus on movement quality, safety, and joy, helping kids build the agility and resilience they need to thrive.
What Your Child Will Experience
Our two-week batches are structured to provide a perfect mix of structured training and creative play:
- Foundation & Safety: We teach the fundamentals—forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and bridge holds—on high-quality studio mats designed for impact protection.
- Strength & Agility: Through games like animal walks, frog jumps, and relay races, kids build functional strength and core stability without the monotony of traditional exercise.
- Acrobatics & Teamwork: We introduce partner poses and human pyramids in a controlled setting, teaching children how to communicate, trust their peers, and balance safely.
- Creative Cool-down: Every 2-hour session concludes with art and craft activities, allowing children to unwind and express themselves after the physical activity.
Practical Details
- Schedule: 10 sessions conducted Monday through Friday over 2 weeks.
- Batch Timings: Morning sessions from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- Eligibility: Open to all children aged 4 years and above. No prior gymnastics experience is required.
- Facility: We operate in a safe, monitored indoor hall in Anjanapura, Bengaluru, with full access to drinking water and changing rooms.
