Safety is our top priority. Here you can see one of our experienced coaches providing hands-on spotting for a back handspring, ensuring the student learns the movement correctly and with complete confidence.
It’s never too early to start. Even our youngest "tots" build incredible upper body and core strength, mastering foundational skills like this press handstand in a fun and encouraging setting.

About this collection
Our summer camp isn't just about drills on the floor. We rotate through obstacle courses and use our foam pit to help kids conquer new moves like cartwheels and back handsprings safely and with a massive grin. It is the perfect mix of structured progression and pure summer fun.
Summer is the best time for your child to try something new, build confidence, and burn off that extra energy. At Team TNT, we run an energetic gymnastics camp designed for kids of all levels, whether they are total beginners or looking to polish their existing skills.
What we cover
We keep things exciting by rotating through different apparatus like the balance beam, floor tumbling strips, and our foam pit. Our training blocks are focused on:
- Foundational Skills: Learning the basics of forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.
- Safe Progression: Using specialized equipment to build strength for back handsprings and other advanced moves under the eye of NIS certified coaches.
- Active Play: Weekly changes in obstacle courses and games ensure that training never gets boring.
Choosing the right camp
We offer three different packages at our Kudlu and Electronic City centers, so you can pick what works for your schedule:
- 2-Week Starter Camp: Ideal for beginners who want to test the waters with 25 hours of focused training.
- 1-Month Intensive Camp: Best for kids ready to commit to tangible skill acquisition, covering 50 plus hours of practice.
- 8-Week Full Summer Camp: Our complete program with 100 plus hours of activity, offering the best athletic development for the entire break.
Our facility features high ceilings, rubberized flooring, and plenty of crash mats, so every tumble is a safe one. Plus, we have a Wi-Fi enabled waiting area for parents to chill with a chai while the kids are busy flying. Come join the TNT fam this summer!

We are Team TNT, ex-national gymnasts who turned coaches. We believe everyone can find their groove, from tiny tots to adventurous teens, so we built a space that feels like home. We are here to help your kids get their moves right while having the time of their lives.
