Summer is for moving, playing, and flipping! Our gymnastics camp is all about having a blast while building strength and coordination. Whether your child is a total beginner or just super energetic, we create a supportive, pressure-free space to learn, mess up, and nail those moves.

This is the moment it all clicks. I guide students through advanced moves like back handsprings, ensuring they have the right technique and a soft landing on our safety mats.

Watch them find their focus. The balance beam is fantastic for developing coordination and body control, and I love seeing their confidence grow with every step.

Safety and personal attention are everything. Here, I am spotting a young gymnast, helping him learn the fundamentals of a handstand correctly and safely from day one.

Look at that flexibility. We work together on skills like standing splits, and it's amazing to see the kids support each other and celebrate their progress as a team.

It is not all serious training. We play fun games like 'Dog and the Bone' to keep the energy high, improve agility, and make sure everyone has a blast.

My tiny superheroes in action. Even the youngest campers, starting from age 4, learn basic gymnastics skills like rolls, hangs, and jumps in a playful and supportive way.

About this collection

We keep our summer sessions strictly to a 1:8 coach-to-student ratio, so every child gets hands-on spotting and correction rather than just waiting in line. Our facility is a non-AC, open-air training shed, so please keep in mind that it gets warm while the kids are working on floor skills and rings—we focus on real sweat and progress over fancy amenities.

Our summer camp is designed to be the highlight of a child's break. We run a 12-session program, typically meeting on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8:30 to 10:00 AM. By spreading it out over four weeks, we give the kids enough time to actually grasp the fundamentals without the rush of a short workshop.

What we cover:

  • Floor Skills: We start with basics like forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and bridges.
  • Apparatus Work: Kids get time on our Vinex vaulting horse, low-height padded balance beams, wall bars, and rings.
  • Conditioning: We mix in rope climbing, obstacle courses, and flexibility training (splits!) to build actual body strength.

The Vibe: We aren't here to train future Olympians under pressure. We are here to get kids off screens and moving. You will see us playing games like 'Dog and the Bone' between skill drills to keep the energy up. Since we are in a semi-outdoor, functional gymnastics center in Banashankari, the kids get plenty of ventilation, but they should come in comfortable clothes and be ready to drink plenty of water. Every child leaves with a certificate of completion on the final day, but more importantly, they leave with a lot more confidence than they started with.
