About My Commitment to Learning
Learning to teach movement requires more than memorizing a list of exercises. When you train with me, you spend time in anatomy labs and doing gait analysis, not just practicing on the mat. You need to understand why a body moves the way it does before you can safely guide someone else through a Reformer flow.
My training philosophy is simple: you cannot fix what you do not understand. That is why my Pilates instructor certification programs in Gurugram and New Delhi are heavily grounded in anatomy, biomechanics, and postural analysis. I pull from my own continuous education with experts like Madeline Black to ensure the curriculum stays current and practical.
