RedMat Pilates
I started RedMat because Pilates gave me back my spark, and I wanted to create a space where other women could find theirs too. My team and I are here to guide you through every stage, whether you are finding your core strength after having kids or launching your own teaching journey. This is a space where we focus on listening to your body rather than pushing it to exhaustion.
