A sneak peek into a recent Reformer Instructor Training Program. This time-lapse shows the energy and dedication in the studio as we move from learning foundational movements to mastering advanced techniques together.
One on one correction is a cornerstone of my teaching style. Here, I'm helping a student refine his side-lying series on the Reformer, focusing on oblique strength and spinal alignment.
In my instructor training, I emphasize the importance of tactile cueing. Guiding a student through a back extension exercise on the long box helps her engage the correct muscles and protect her spine.
A group of trainees work on their single-leg kneeling extensions on the Reformer. I'm providing a hands-on adjustment to ensure proper hip and spine alignment for maximum glute activation.
Learning happens in many ways. Here, a student practices her form with a resistance band on the Reformer box while others observe, a key part of our collaborative training environment.
About this collection
You won't be learning from faceless video modules here. My training is entirely hands-on, which means I am standing right next to you as you learn to spot, correct, and cue clients. You will practice the full Reformer repertoire—from foundational footwork to advanced series—while understanding the actual physics of the machine, not just memorizing exercise sequences.

- Tactile Cueing: I teach you how to use your hands to guide a client into the correct alignment. This is the skill that transforms a good class into a safe, transformative one.
- Programming: We work on designing 55-minute flows that are balanced, challenging, and safe for all body types.
- Troubleshooting: Not every client moves the same way. You will learn to adapt machine settings and exercises for different heights, abilities, and injury histories.
