The RedMat Method: Mindful Movement
We don’t believe in punishing your body to get results. Whether you are a new mom, a busy professional, or just finding your way back to fitness, our method is about listening to what your body needs and building strength that lasts.
I teach strengthening the hip flexors, not just stretching them. This video demonstrates a few targeted movements that help reduce back pain, improve squat form, and lead to better overall movement.
Knee pain during lunges is common, but it can often be fixed with a simple form adjustment. This video shows how using a wall for ankle stability can help engage your glutes properly and lead to happier knees.
Sometimes neck pain comes from the nervous system, not just tight muscles. This video demonstrates a simple and powerful applied neurology reset to help ease discomfort during neck rotation.
Progress looks different for everyone, and I honor that in my teaching. This video shows how a single exercise can be modified for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, so everyone finds their own challenge.
My co-founder Sharan and I don't just teach Pilates, we live it. This video of us flowing together on the Ladder Barrel shows the synchronized strength and joy that comes from years of dedicated practice.
Teamwork makes the dream work. This video shows a fun and challenging partner exercise on the Reformer, demonstrating the incredible core control and trust we build in the studio.
The Cadillac is an amazing piece of equipment for exploring advanced movements. This video shows a graceful and controlled flow, highlighting the strength, flexibility, and body awareness that Pilates develops.
About this collection
We don’t do cookie-cutter workouts here. If you are dealing with knee pain during lunges, a stiff neck, or trying to rebuild core strength postpartum, we will show you exactly how to modify your movement. It is not about how hard you push or how much you sweat; it is about finding the specific support your body needs to unlock better alignment and functional strength.
Anatomy-First Movement
At RedMat, we believe you have to understand a movement to master it. Our approach to the 'RedMat Method' goes beyond just repeating exercises. We teach you the anatomy and biomechanics behind every rep, so you know exactly why you are doing what you are doing. Whether it is applied neurology to reset a pinched nerve in your neck or specific cueing for pelvic floor engagement, we equip you with the knowledge to move with intention.
The 'No-Stress' Approach
Fitness should give you energy, not drain it. Our sessions focus on nervous system support. If you are exhausted or feeling disconnected from your core, we don't push you through the pain. We prioritize safety cues, spring tension, and prop usage to ensure you feel stable, not strained. From using a wall for ankle stability to adapting reformer settings for different heights, our goal is to make the machine work for you, not the other way around.
Where You Can Train
We have created dedicated, supportive spaces across the region. Join our community at:
- Golf Course Road Studio (Gurugram)

Our instructors are all-women, including moms who have walked the same path of postpartum recovery as many of our clients. We keep our groups small and our private sessions highly focused so that you get the feedback you need to see real progress, week after week.
