In my batches, I limit enrollment to six students because you need tactile, hands-on correction, not just a manual. Whether you are a physiotherapist or a fitness enthusiast, you will leave here knowing how to read a body, adjust for injuries, and structure a session that actually gets results for your future clients.
Most certifications throw a manual at you and expect you to figure it out on your own. That is not how we do things at Aura. When you train with me, you are learning the science of movement. My curriculum is built on a foundation of anatomy and functional biomechanics. You will spend significant time on the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair, learning not just the exercises, but how to modify them for real people—those with injuries, back pain, or specific fitness limitations.
I mentor every single student personally. You will sit in on my live classes, observe how I handle different personalities, and practice your cueing until it feels natural. We focus on what I call the Pilatepreneur mindset: the combination of mental clarity, grit, and the business side of running private or group sessions. By the end of this course, you won't just hold a certificate; you will be ready to step onto a studio floor and lead a class with complete confidence.
