About My Story & Milestones
Before I hit 20k followers, I spent years stuck in 'what-if' mode—waiting for a better phone, worrying about judgment, and overthinking every step. That delay cost me years of growth. My milestones, from coaching 300+ people to speaking at the Hubli-Dharwad Police Commissionerate, aren't just accolades. They are markers of the days I stopped making excuses and finally started doing the heavy lifting, both in my mind and in the gym.
From Hesitation to Action
I didn't start with a perfect setup. I started in my room, doubting myself, worried about what people would say. The biggest lesson I learned? The gym doesn't care about your excuses, and neither does your health.

I don't sell 'miracle' powders or shortcut shakes. I look at your blood reports, your diet, and your mindset. If you are stuck in a cycle of junk food, late nights, and zero confidence, you don't need a fancy trainer. You need to reset your habits. My programs are built on the same principles that got me out of my own slump: consistent, small, daily wins that eventually compound into a completely different life.
