I don't have a weight gain product yet, but I can give you a diet plan for healthy weight gain. It involves five meals a day, including banana shakes and boiled chickpeas. Healthy gaining is important to avoid problems later.

Many people think they can eat any fruit while on a diet. You can, but in moderation. Also, don't fall for scams that promise weight loss without any effort. A little bit of work is always required.

Here are three great exercises for women between 30-45. Lunges, dips, and back push-ups. These can be done at home and are very effective.
Want to reduce face fat? Forget chewing gum. Just puff up your cheeks and hold for a minute, six times a day. Also, gargle with water, holding it on each side. You will see a difference.
If you can't do push-ups, start with an incline and gradually work your way down. Don't do half reps. Do it right, or don't do it at all.

- Injury Prevention: We start by fixing your joint movements. If you do a warmup wrong, you get injured. If you do a push-up with half-reps, you get no benefit. I focus on correcting these details so you can train safely, even at home.
- No-Starvation Diet: You do not need to cut out Roti, Sabzi, or Dal. You need to learn when and how to eat them. My diet plans are designed for real Indian households, not exotic ingredients that are impossible to find.
