We build complete athletes, not just tennis players. Our program integrates elite coaching, sports science, and academics to develop discipline, mental toughness, and physical resilience.

A touching moment from our 'Bhoomi' program. Our coach speaks gently in Hindi to help our junior players from underprivileged backgrounds feel at home in Bangalore, discussing their transition and new equipment.

Every level, every player, one passion. Here, a coach works on grassroots skills with a young child, showing our commitment to developing tennis at all ages.

All whites, all smiles. Our players and coaches enjoying some Wimbledon vibes on the court. Building a strong sense of family and community is important to us.

Parents are a crucial part of our community. Here, Dr. Hitesh Vyas and Dr. Rita Vyas share their positive experience and trust in our well-organized, structured program for their son.

We teach our players to focus on their goals, both in the classroom and on the court. This video captures the dual dedication to academics and athletics.

A motivational video about overcoming the days when you don't feel like training. We instill the discipline to show up and grind, even when motivation is low.

The walk from the school to the court is a daily ritual. It symbolizes the journey from student to athlete, a path of dedication and hard work.

About this collection

Developing a professional athlete requires more than just hours on the court; it demands a structure that balances academic schooling, physical conditioning, and mental recovery under one roof. At RBTA, we integrate CBSE/State Board schooling with our training modules at the Padukone-Dravid Centre, ensuring students can pursue high-intensity sport without sacrificing their education. We manage the nutrition, recovery protocols, and academic schedules so the player can focus entirely on the training grind.

Our holistic framework recognizes that stability is the precursor to performance. Whether you are enrolled in our day-boarding program or the full-time residential academy, the priority remains the same: creating an environment where talent is supported by science and discipline.

Integrated Development

We partner with The Sports School to provide a seamless academic experience. Students train for 25-30 hours a week, and we manage the calendar to accommodate tournament travel, AITA, and ITF circuit commitments. This removes the stress of balancing two demanding worlds, allowing the athlete to focus on progress.

Physical & Mental Rigor

Tennis is a game of endurance and quick decisions. Our conditioning team runs five gym sessions a week, using technology to track agility and power. We treat recovery as seriously as training—using contrast baths, ice baths, and on-site physiotherapy to prevent burnout. Mental conditioning is woven into every drill; we teach players how to handle pressure, manage their emotions, and maintain focus when the score isn't in their favor.

A Foundation of Character

Through initiatives like our Bhoomi program, we emphasize that talent can come from anywhere. We provide the equipment, schooling, and support to give every child a pathway to success. When you join our academy, you are not just getting a coach; you are becoming part of an ecosystem that values character, community responsibility, and the long-term journey of becoming a champion.

My academy isn't just about winning matches; it's about building people. I've spent enough time on the pro tour to know that if you don't get the basics of fitness, mental strength, and education right early on, the talent won't last. We are here to make sure you get that foundation.
