Junior Foundation Program
Core Technical Training

- Footwork Fundamentals: Introduction to the Chasse step and split-step basics to cover court corners.
Physical Conditioning
- Agility & Coordination: Basic ladder drills and cone exercises to improve hand-eye coordination.
- Warm-up: Structured 10-minute routines before and after sessions to prevent injury and improve flexibility.
Batch Specifics
- Shuttlecock Type: Mavis (Nylon) Shuttles used for durability.
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Weekday or Weekend options).
- Coach Ratio: Group training with Assistant Coaches under Head Coach supervision.
