This is what it's all about: the focused dive at the start and the triumphant feeling at the finish line. We train you for the entire journey, whether you're aiming for your first race or a full Ironman.

This is our adult squad, the Jellies, celebrating after a race. We're a tight-knit group of triathletes, open-water lovers, and Masters swimmers who train hard and have a lot of fun doing it.

There's nothing quite like a swim in our 50-meter Olympic-sized pool as the sun sets. This is where our advanced swimmers build the endurance needed for long-distance events and competitive races.

I wanted to make sure our endurance athletes have what they need. That's why we introduced unlimited access at our 50-meter pool, so you can complete those long 5k or 10k workouts without watching the clock.

A good streamline is the foundation of fast swimming. Here, I'm showing how to create that perfect arrow-like position to cut through the water, saving energy and gaining speed off every wall.

Here are our pre-competitive kids, some as young as six, at their monthly time trials. It's amazing to see them fearlessly diving off the blocks and giving it their all, learning what it means to race.

Our Approach: Performance Meets Community

Swimming is a solitary sport, but training doesn't have to be. We’ve broken our programs into two main camps: the Marlins, our youth squad learning the ropes of competition, and the Jellies, our adult community of triathletes, open-water swimmers, and Masters athletes. Both groups share one thing: a belief that hard work is better when you’re doing it with friends.

  • Real-World Prep: From sighting drills for open water to flip-turn mastery for pool speed, we teach skills that actually translate to race day.
