You will not find air conditioning or fancy mirrors here. Our Kammanahalli studio is designed for work, not comfort. The mats are for sweat, the bags are for impact, and the training is for results. If you are ready to stop talking and start grinding, you belong on these mats.

- Foundations Batch: Ideal for those starting out, focusing on single-discipline deep dives into Muay Thai or BJJ. We drill the basics until they become muscle memory.
- Integrated MMA Batch: For the athlete ready to mix it up. We combine striking and grappling, teaching you how to move seamlessly between standing boxing and ground-based Jiu-Jitsu.
Safety is non-negotiable. While the atmosphere is tough, our sparring sessions are supervised and controlled. You will learn to manage pressure, defend properly, and respect your training partners.
