This is where the grind happens. I teach kids the core techniques of Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing, focusing on solid fundamentals, discipline, and safe practice. They learn everything from striking combinations to proper stance and footwork.

The Art of Eight Limbs: Muay Thai

Our main jam is Youth Muay Thai. Here, I break down the essential skills, from powerful kicks and punches to the defensive check block. We also honor the tradition of the art, including teaching the Wai Kru dance.

Ground Game: Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals

As part of our Junior MMA program, I introduce the fundamentals of grappling. We cover crucial safety techniques like break falls and foundational positions to build a complete and well-rounded fighter.

Building Warriors: Strength and Conditioning

A fighter is built on a strong foundation. I incorporate essential conditioning drills to build strength, power, flexibility, and mental toughness. This includes everything from push-ups and core work to jump rope for footwork.

The Porrada: The Everyday Fight

Training comes to life in the porrada, the fight. I ensure all sparring is strictly supervised with full safety gear. This is where kids and adults test their skills, build confidence, and learn that every match is a chance to win or learn.

I don't train kids for trophies, but the hard work pays off. I am proud of every student who steps up, including our champions who have earned gold medals and been featured for their dedication. This is proof of what discipline can achieve.
