Main Course (Choice of One)
- Rajma Masala: Kidney beans in onion-tomato gravy with Desi Ghee tempering.
- Punjabi Chole: Spiced chickpeas in dark gravy with ginger juliennes.
- Dal Makhani: Black lentils slow-cooked with cream and butter.
- Kadhai Paneer: Cottage cheese cubes in spicy gravy (higher end of price range).
Carbohydrate Base
- Jeera Rice: Steamed Basmati rice tempered with cumin seeds.
- Portion: Approx. 400g rice + 250ml curry.
Sides
- Sirka Onion: Vinegar-soaked onions or fresh rings.
- Green Chutney: Mint-coriander base (30ml).
- Pickle: Mixed pickle sachet.

Why I Do What I Do
I started Pindi Kitchen because I missed that gharkakhana (home-cooked food) taste you get at home. My team and I aren’t some big-shot company - we just love cooking food that feels familiar, comforting, and full of bachpan ki yaadein (childhood memories). We keep things simple: pure vegetarian, made dil se (from the heart), and always with quality ingredients.

My Story
Hello ji! Hum hain Pindi Kitchen waale. Yeh sirf business nahi hai, yeh humari family hai, humara support system. Kabhi kabhi mushkil ho jata hai, lekin jab aap log pyaar dete ho, toh sab kuch possible lagta hai. Humara sapna hai ki aapko wohi asli ghar ka khana mile jo bachpan ki yaadein wapas le aaye. Bas, aap apna pyaar dete raho, hum bhi har din behtar karne ki koshish karenge.
