Every thali I pack includes 2 tawa rotis, yellow dal, seasonal sabzi, and sides like raita and salad, all delivered in leak-proof, partitioned trays. My kitchen uses no leftovers and keeps spice levels balanced, so you get a meal that is light on the stomach and satisfying enough for your daily lunch or dinner.
My kitchen is 100 percent pure vegetarian, and I stick to the basics of home cooking because I know that is what people actually want to eat every day.
