Posing is where the workout ends and the art begins. These updates show the discipline required to control your muscle fibers and present your hard work on stage.

A detailed back shot. This pose shows the separation and density of the spinal erectors, lats, and traps, all crucial for a winning back pose.

Biceps that mean business. This seated pose highlights the bicep peak and vascularity, a result of dedicated arm training.
