100 days to get stage-ready. This isn't just about weight loss; it is a strict, 100-day natural bodybuilding cutting cycle. See the progress, follow the discipline, and get the same blueprint I use to prep for the Mr. Delhi stage.

Day 100 of 100. The cut is complete. This video shows the final physique and posing practice before heading into peak week for the Mr. Delhi competition.

Day 98 of 100. Just two days left in the cutting phase. Maintaining intensity and focus is key as the body gets leaner and energy is low.

Day 91 of 100. The definition is getting sharper. This is the phase where every meal and every rep counts towards the final look.

Day 90 of 100. Ten days to go. Practicing a bicep curl and flex to check for muscle fullness and vascularity during the final stages of the cut.

Day 89 of 100. Still pushing hard in the gym. The goal is to preserve as much muscle as possible while stripping away the last bits of body fat.

Day 84 of 100. Working on bicep peaks with barbell curls. Proper form is crucial to isolate the muscle, especially when deep into a cut.

Day 83 of 100. A back check. Even while cutting, we train for thickness and width to create a powerful back pose.

Day 81 of 100. Standing strong at Anytime Fitness. The visual changes from day to day become more apparent in the last 20 days.

Day 80 of 100. A posing check-in at home. It's important to practice posing daily to improve muscle control and endurance for the stage.

Day 76 of 100. The journey continues. A front double biceps pose to assess arm and shoulder development as the competition gets closer.

About The 100-Day Cut: My Blueprint for Shredding

A cut is only as good as the discipline you maintain when motivation fades. My 100-day prep is not about starvation; it is about macro-calculated consistency, balancing raw grammage, and hitting those mandatory poses even when you are drained. If you are serious about achieving separation and vascularity without cutting corners, the real work starts here.
