My Coaching Philosophy: Dil Se
I do not believe in shortcuts. Being a natural bodybuilder and Pro Card holder means I know exactly how to push your limits without steroids. My coaching is built on 'mehnat' (hard work). Whether you are a beginner looking for general fitness or an athlete prepping for a stage debut, my focus remains the same: aesthetic, balanced, and healthy growth.
The Process: Beyond Just Training
My programs are not passive. If we are working together, I need bi-weekly updates from you.
- Custom Nutrition: I calculate your meals based on raw grammage using foods you actually eat at home—paneer, soya, dal—because consistency is the only way to win.
- Scientific Programming: We focus on hypertrophy splits that prioritize muscle symmetry. If you are prepping for a show, we utilize carb cycling and structured deload weeks to ensure you peak at the right time.
Mastering Stage Presentation
A great physique needs the right display. Many athletes lose points because they cannot present their muscle. My posing sessions—available in-person in Delhi/NCR or online—cover mandatory poses like the Lat Spread and Side Chest. I will choreograph your routine to hide structural weaknesses and highlight your strengths. This is where the difference between a podium finish and just participating lies.
I train athletes at Muscle and Fitness Zone in Ghonda and The Wellness Club Gym Xpress in Shahdara. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to back you all the way.
