The Coaching Process
- The 100-Day Cut: This is my signature blueprint for getting shredded. We don't guess. We use dynamic carb cycling and precise water manipulation to peak at the right time.
- Macro-Based Nutrition: No starvation diets. We calculate your macros based on your metabolic rate and fuel your growth with high-quality protein sources.
- Posing & Stage Presence: A great physique loses on stage if the posing is weak. I teach mandatory poses, individual routine choreography, and stage tanning strategies to hide structural weaknesses and highlight your strengths.
- Technical Check-ins: Whether online or in person in Delhi/NCR, we review training videos to fix form, manage fatigue, and adjust training volume so you don't burn out before the show.
