The Infotech Centre did not start with a boardroom meeting but with a sketch of the sun-shading facade. The Conceptual Phase
Every building starts as an idea. For this project, we focused on climate-responsive design. The early sketches prioritized the curved glass facade and sun-shading elements to mitigate heat gain. This early decision shaped the building's energy profile and aesthetic identity for two decades.
Transition to Technical Reality
Moving from a 2D sketch to a 3D model is where the practical decisions are made. We developed detailed BIM models to define the massing, ensuring that the canopy, cladding, and terrace placements were constructible. This stage bridges the gap between architectural intent and engineering feasibility.
Construction and Site Management
We do not distance ourselves once the drawings are issued. During the construction of the Infotech Centre, we were on-site to oversee the structural skeleton and the installation of the facade. Whether it is managing electrical loops, fire fighting systems, or joinery details, our team ensures the final output matches the initial design. This project remains a core reference for our work in commercial architecture, demonstrating how sustainable practices and thoughtful space planning stand the test of time.
