Standard Training (3 Days/Week)
Training Specifications
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (Alternate days).
- Duration: 60 minutes per high-intensity session.
- Batch Size: Group setting with approx 1:15 coach-to-student ratio.
- Curriculum: Focus on dribbling mechanics, passing accuracy, and basic shooting form (BEEF concept).
Physical Conditioning
- Drills: Speed ladder and cone work for footwork improvement.
- Fitness: Calisthenics including pushups and sprints to build stamina.
Facility & Safety
- Venue: Outdoor synthetic acrylic court (classes subject to weather conditions).
- Safety: Coaches are certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR.
Intensive Training (6 Days/Week)
Advanced Scope
- Frequency: 24 to 26 sessions per month (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes including extended game time.
- Tactics: Instruction on defensive formations (Zone vs Man-to-Man), offensive plays, and court spacing.
Competitive Exposure
- Match Play: Regular internal friendly matches to simulate pressure situations.
- Selection: Priority eligibility for external tournaments and Winter Leagues.
Athlete Development
- Conditioning: Dedicated focus on lower body strength for vertical jumps and core stability.
- Mentorship: Direct feedback from Head Coaches on game mindset and resilience.
One-Time Registration & Kit
Academy Apparel
- Uniform: 1 set of Rack4Pro branded Jersey and Shorts.
- Material: Sweat-wicking synthetic polyester mesh (Dry-fit) suitable for outdoor heat.
- Sizing: Available for U-8 through U-17 age groups.
Administrative
- Validity: Lifetime registration for the specific center.
- Setup: Creation of player profile for progress tracking and emergency database entry.

Who Can Join
If you’ve got the itch for basketball - doesn’t matter if you’re starting out or already fighting for a spot on the school team - you’ll fit in. I train kids from under-8 to under-17, and both boys and girls get the same push here. Our Girls' Basketball Team is already collecting medals, so there’s proof in the pudding.
How We Train
Sessions get real. I’m right there yelling “Chalo, chalo, chalo!” and correcting your form with “Knees bend karo!” Expect:
- Intense basketball skills development
- Speed and agility drills with cones and sprints
- Shooting, passing, and ball control every session
- Building stamina so you don’t fade out mid-game

My Story
Hum Rack4Pro hain. Shuru kiya tha 2018 mein, bas ek sapna tha - har bachha, har insaan, sports ki training le sake yahan Greater Noida mein. Medals toh milte hi hain, par asli maza hai jab bachhe discipline, confidence, aur junoon leke bade hote hain. Free self-defense classes shuru ki thi ladies ke liye, kyunki koi bhi unsafe feel na kare - yahi hamara junoon hai. Hum sirf athletes nahi, ache insaan banana chahte hain.

Coaching For Everyone - 4 saal ke bachhe se lekar advanced athlete tak, har level ke liye structured training hai - beginners se competitions tak.
Direct, Hands-On Training - Coaches push karte hain, drills aur instructions milenge - 'Concentrate!', 'Hit!', 'Shabash, very good!' sunoge har session mein.
Building Champions On & Off Field - Multi-sport coaching Greater Noida mein, discipline aur resilience pe focus hai. Kabhi jeet, kabhi seekh - yahi mantra hai.
Safety Is Priority - Certified sports coaches hain, sabko Basic Life Support aata hai. Safety pe compromise nahi hota.
